Executive Administrative Support

The efficient day-to-day operation of any organization begins with reliable administrative support services delivered by an experienced, customer-service oriented staff. ITility’s front desk support procedures will cover the development and maintenance of a centralized office filing system, controlling visitor access, managing courier and mail service, operating office automation equipment, and document management and production.

Our administrative staff professionals ensure approved security practices are applied relative to personnel and document control, VIP management, conference room management/maintenance, travel scheduling, and office start-up/end-of-day tasks. Our administrative support services standard operating procedures ensure continuity of reliable and predictable services no matter who is behind the desk.

ITility will provide executive administrative assistants proficient in developing, editing, and maintaining technical budgets, marketing materials, daily correspondence, and management support documentation. ITility administrative staff can provide document management and control in compliance with DoD Directive 5015.2 - DoD Records Management Program, the National Archives and Records Administration guidelines, or the Information & Documentation on Records Management Guidelines (ISO 15489) for records management.

Our staff is knowledgeable about automated document management using MS SharePoint. ITility administrative support services include planning and coordinating travel for our clients in accordance with the Joint Federal Travel Regulation (JFTR) for Uniformed Services Personnel, the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) for DoD civilians, and other regulations that govern travel for our federal customers.

Postal Services

ITility has performed postal services in support of the Department of Education with our contracting partner, ABR Services since 2004. Our staff is adept at providing postage reconciliation and reporting services, performing postage activity audits from mail accounts and maintaining and managing postage costs records associated with mailing activities at the fulfillment and service centers. Our solutions include preparing, verifying, validating, and reconciling USPS and commercial mail carrier requirements and ensuring that sufficient metered and permit postage is available to the fulfillment and service centers.
