ITility is a Small Business Prime Contractor on this single award ID/IQ vehicle. DoS DS is the security and law enforcement arm of the U.S. Department of State. DS is a world leader in international investigations, threat analysis, cyber security, counterterrorism, security technology, and protection of people, property, and information. The Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract consists of the Base Year and Four Option Years.

PACTS II ITility PACTS II crest

ITility holds a prime contract award on the Department of Homeland Security’s Program Management, Administrative, Clerical and Technical Services (PACTS) II contract, Functional Category 1 – Program Management and Technical Services – NAICS code 541611. PACTS II is a Department-wide service contract for acquiring non-IT service solutions and is a 100% set-aside for SDVOSBs. PACTS II succeeds the $1.5B PACTS I contract.

SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e)

ITility is a Small Business Prime Contractor on this ID/IQ vehicle contract for a wide range of engineering, technical, and programmatic services and solutions for the Virtual SYSCOM (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVSUP, SPAWAR, Strategic Systems Program (SSP), NAVFAC) as well as Commander, Naval Installations (CNI) and the US Marine Corps. This contract vehicle utilizes a web-based, e-business procurement portal to facilitate performance-based service acquisition, leverage buying power, improve business intelligence, and reduce cycle time.

Air Combat Command/Acquisition Management and Integration Center (ACC/AMIC) Contracted Advisory and Assistance Services IV (CAAS IV)

ITility is a Small Business Prime Contractor on this ID/IQ vehicle. The CAAS IV program, managed by Air Combat Command (ACC) Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC), is a strategic initiative entered into with Air Force District of Washington Contracting Division (AFDW/A7K). ACC AMIC supports Headquarters (HQ) ACC mission requirements, and AFDW/A7K supports HQAir Force (HAF), Secretary of the Air Force (SAF) organizations, the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), and AFDW/A1 through A9 mission requirements. ITility and our team members provide advisory and assistance services (A&AS) to support and improve policy development, management and administration, and the operation of systems. Outputs may take the form of information, advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, evaluations, recommendations, training and services to complement the Government’s technical expertise.

Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs)/TRICARE Management Activity (OASD(HA)/TMA) TRICARE-Acquisition, Automation, & Resource Management Support (T/AARMS)

ITility is a subcontractor on the T/AARMS IDIQ contract vehicle providing category 1, Key Infrastructure Operations Support to the Military Health System and the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs)/TRICARE Management Activity (OASD(HA)/TMA). The T/AARMS contract has a 1 year base period with 9 option periods and runs through 2017. The T/AARMS contract is composed of five tasks areas: Administrative Support Services; Procurement Support Services; Systems and Database Management; Budget, Financial, and Cost Estimation Services; and Information Technology Services, Facilities, and Support.
