Vice President of Business Management and Sustainment
As our Vice President of Business Management and Sustainment, John is the core business operations integrator and leads our corporate Business Management Office, focused on integrating our Contracts Operations, People Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, Accounting Operations, Facilities Management Operations, Security Operations, Cyber/IT Operations and Quality Assurance/Management Operations to achieve efficiency, productivity, and profitability and deliver comprehensive support to the company. He is charged with developing and implementing our business strategies and initiatives, ensuring all departments align with the long-term vision of ITility.
Before his tenure at ITility, John was the Vice President of Program Execution at ASRC Federal where he significantly strengthened the company’s success through his management of their Program Execution Office, integrating the corporate cross-functional operating teams to sustain exceptional performance across the enterprise.
John has lived a life in service to our national security both in and out of uniform. He served over 32 years in the United States Army where he held a variety of leadership positions of increasing scope and responsibility. While in the U.S. Army, highlights of his career include serving in key leadership positions as the Fort Drum Garrison Command Sergeant Major, the 11th U.S Army Military Police Corps Regimental Command Sergeant Major and in is final assignment as the Senior Enlisted Leader at the U.S. Army Resiliency Directorate at the Pentagon.
John is an active Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a PMI certified Program Management Office Professional (PMOCP). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Park University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Baker College.
