DLA JETS 2.0 IDIQ
Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) selected ITility LLC for a prime position on the $12B, 10-year, J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS) 2.0 Multiple Award contract. ITility will provide a broad range of IT, business, and enterprise support services, including system lifecycle management, research & development, modernization, cybersecurity, project management, and cloud hosting activities. Services will also include data governance, analytics, and information operations, ensuring operational and technical assistance for clients across the Department of Defense.

DHS PACTS II
The current Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) PACTS II Program is a multi-award Indefinite-Delivery / Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Department-wide acquisition initiative for program management, administrative, clerical, and technical services. ITility holds a prime contract on this Department-wide service contract for acquiring non-IT service solutions in Functional Category 1 – Program Management and Technical Services. DLA JETS 2.0
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) $12B J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS) 2.0 Multiple Award contract’s 12 task areas support DLA and DoD through a broad range of IT, software, infrastructure, and cyber support, as well as governance, program/project, change, and financial management. DLA JETS 2.0 Task Areas
1. Network and Telecommunication Services
Provides operations, application, and lifecycle support of clients’ business, operations, and logistics systems, including all solution support necessary for the full range of enterprise technology services.
2. Technology Services
Supports system administration, backup, Storage Area Network (SAN), commercial software testing and integration, asset management, database administration, automated identification technology, active directory, endpoint administration, virtual desktop infrastructure, email, and mobile devices.
3. Enterprise Service Delivery (ESD)
Provides IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) complaint help desk solutions, customer support, change and provider management.
4. Defense Business System (DBS) Life Cycle Management. Acquisition, Development, Sustainment, Maintenance and Technical Support
Provides full lifecycle management support for clients’ DBS acquisition, development, deployment, training, sustainment, maintenance, and technical support.
5. Lifecycle Program Support Services
Provides full lifecycle support services for DBSs and IT project planning, implementation and management.
6. Cyber Security Support Services
Supports Cybersecurity Risk Management Framework (RMF), Policy, Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) management, Cybersecurity Workforce Management, and Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) Tracking and Reporting.
7. Program/Project Management Support
Provides support for Task Order management as well as Research and Development Programs.
8. Enterprise Support Services
Provides professional and technical support to executive level organizations such as, Program Executive Offices (PEOs), Chiefs of Staff, Acquisition Support Offices (ASOs), and Business Support Offices (BSOs), as well as information operations.
9. Technical Support
Supports technology evaluation, robotic process automation (RPA), budgeting and cost services, configuration management, systems engineering, enterprise architecture, enterprise data strategy, test and documentation, Information Technology (IT) Process Management, and IT audit readiness management.
10. Cloud Hosting Services
Provides support for the full lifecycle across an enterprise’s cloud infrastructure, including documentation, governance, Cyber Security, integration, design and execution of Secure Cloud Computing Architecture (SCCA) for Impact Levels up to IL6, and detailed recording / recognition of hosting costs.
11. Data and Information Governance Analytics Services
Supports Chief Data and Analytics Officers’ (CDAOs) development and execution of strategies, policies, procedures, processes, data quality, lifecycle, and internal/external data governance, target data architectures, artificial intelligence, and supply chain optimization. Coordinates information exchanges with Advanced Analytics (ADVANA) and other external DoD / Federal agencies and customers. Supports related organizational change management, education, and training.
12. Modernization of Application Hosting Environments
Supports the full scope of project management for developing and executing transition state architectures to modernize hosting. Documentation and analysis of enterprise architecture to identify and plan for rationalization of redundant capabilities, system lifecycle analysis and documentation services. Provides design, cyber security, implementation, transition, sustainment, and decommissioning services for hosting environments and data centers.
