Marvin, in his role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), provides oversight and support for planning, executing, and implementing projects to ensure stable and continuous company growth. Acting as a strategic leader, he validates corporate values, goals, and objectives while serving as the program manager for significant IT projects at ITility.

As a highly credentialed Enterprise Architect and Electronics Engineer, Marvin has over two decades of experience in communication systems and application modernizations for DoD clients. Before joining ITility, Marvin served as the Application Deployment Branch Chief for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Business Directorate. There, he supervised the development, deployment, and maintenance of critical systems. Previously, Marvin held a distinguished career supporting the Air Force, serving as a civilian technical lead for various projects. 

Marvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Paine College, along with a degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Dayton. Additionally, he earned his MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
