
John Sepanski
Vice President of Program Operations
John is responsible for directing program service delivery execution and program growth operations to achieve annual objectives. John develops, coordinates, communicates, and implements operations-related polices, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent program support and execution. As a retired Air Force veteran with over 20 years of service, John leads ITility’s Program Operations ensuring the Performance, Quality, and Enhancement of service delivery to ITility’s customers worldwide. John joined ITility in 2014 as Air Force Program Manager, responsible for execution of all ITility Air Force Portfolio contracts.
Prior to joining ITility, John spent more than 7 years as a defense contractor providing operational, tactical, and technical support to Headquarters, Air Combat Command (ACC) as F-22 and F-35 Requirements Senior Military Analyst serving at the USAF focal point for F-22 and F-35 pilot simulation, Distributed Mission Operations (DMO), and Live, Virtual Constructive (LVC) training requirements.
John entered the Air Force in May 1986 after receiving his commission from the United States Air Force Academy. He was an F-16 Fighter Squadron Commander and was qualified as a combat mission commander with over 2,700 flying hours. He retired from the USAF in 2007 after serving as Chief of the Flight Operations and Training Branch at Air Combat Command.
