As the Chief of Staff, Justin is the core BizOps integrator, aligning ITility’s goals with cross-functional capabilities. He is responsible for the executive team’s business strategy development and its translation into execution. As the corporate architect, Justin coordinates ITility’s people, processes and systems to posture ITility for continued growth in support of our global customers.

Justin has lived a life in support of our national security both in and out of uniform. He served over 20 years in the US Army where he held a variety of leadership positions of increasing scope and responsibility. While in the Army, Justin served through multiple deployments to Bosnia, Iraq, and Afghanistan, was the aide to two Secretaries of the Army, and taught organizational leadership at the University of Southern California and George Mason University.

Justin holds a Bachelor’s in International Studies from the Virginia Military Institute and Masters of Policy Management from Georgetown University.
