As Chief Strategy Officer, Justin Chezem is responsible for developing and executing the long-term vision and growth strategy for ITility. Through sustained relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, Justin serves as the primary bridge for ITility’s high-level corporate goals. He ensures that all initiatives align with our mission to provide only the very best service to our national security clients.

Justin specializes in identifying emerging market opportunities, navigating complex acquisition environments, and securing stakeholder buy-in for critical transformations. He oversees the company’s strategy and competitive positioning to ensure value for our clients and drive revenue growth.

Justin has lived a life in support of our national security both in and out of uniform. Before becoming the Chief Strategy Officer, he held senior leadership roles as the ITility Chief of Staff, Director of Business Management & Sustainment, and Director of Operations, Transitions & Training.   He served over 20 years in the US Army where he held a variety of leadership positions of increasing scope and responsibility. While in the Army, Justin served through multiple deployments to Bosnia, Iraq, and Afghanistan, was the aide to two Secretaries of the Army, and taught organizational leadership at the University of Southern California and George Mason University.

Justin holds a Bachelor’s in International Studies from the Virginia Military Institute and Masters of Policy Management from Georgetown University.  He is PMP, CSM, and ITIL4 Foundations certified.
