At ITility, Scott serves as Chief Financial Officer and advisor. Before his tenure at ITility, Scott led Preferred Systems Solutions (PSS) as President and CEO for 10 years, where he significantly strengthened the company through acquisitions and organic growth, reaching record revenues and industry-leading margins. Additionally, he started and led a successful commercial advisory, systems, and consulting practice.

Prior to PSS, Scott Served as Executive Vice President to Dataline, Inc., Vice President and General Manager for General Dynamics following its acquisition of Veridian Corporation. Mr. Goss served as Senior Vice President of Veridian Corporation and President of Veridian Corporation’s (NYSE VNX) IT Services Division. Prior to Veridian, Mr. Goss served as Senior Vice President, CFO and CIO at SIGNAL Corporation and was instrumental in leading the acquisition of SIGNAL Corporation to Veridian.

Throughout his career, Mr. Goss has consulted with and provided expert guidance to over 200 companies in areas including business strategy and planning; information systems analysis and implementation; financial management and controls; Business Development; and Mergers and Acquisitions.

He was recognized as the 2015 ACG Dealmaker of the Year (Private Company) and received the Private Company Deal Team of the Year award in 2017.

Scott holds an MS in Accounting and a BS in Philosophy from American University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
